Good clean today and quiet rooms at a good location (walked mostly or close to MRT / buses). Only downside was the main pool being closed (after we made the booking)

I would like to commend your staff member, Laurence, at the Premium Lounge. It was truly impressive meeting her, and we were warmly attended to throughout our visit. She was not only friendly and welcoming, but also demonstrated an excellent memory by remembering me, which made the experience feel very personal and special. Her professionalism and genuine hospitality greatly enhanced my stay, and I believe she is a valuable asset to your team. However, I would also like to share some feedback regarding our check-in experience at the hotel lobby. Unfortunately, we encountered a staff member whose attitude came across as somewhat sarcastic, which resulted in an unpleasant experience. I regret that I am unable to recall her name, but she's curvy and wearing spectacles. Subsequently, another staff member, Suki, assisted us and helped to improve the situation. Overall, we felt a noticeable difference in atmosphere and service attitude between the Premium Lounge and the hotel lobby. we will come again for the staycation in June and will request the staff to assign us check in at premium lounge. Thank you for your attention to this feedback, and I trust it will be helpful in maintaining your service standards.

Greeted by Angela at the front desk with a welcome smile. She is knowledgeable, professional and hospitable . She took time to explain to us the hotel facilities . Met Choon Chua and Danial Dasuki in executive lounge. Amazing service from these 2 young professional staff. Thumbs up. Arrull and Kishore both working in Skai restaurant are amazing. Soso cheerfull, polite and welcoming. Swissotel your staff are an asset to your company.

As an elite member, I booked a signature suite and was upgraded to a vitality suite, with the room offering a pleasant view and good facilities. Check-in was not smooth. I confirmed twice if my room card included L65 access. One hour later, when I was trying to get to L65, it failed—requiring a front desk refresh. When I struggled to recall my room number, a staff member rudely asked, “YOUR ROOM NUMBER.” This should not happen in a premium hotel. The welcome amenity was just a few plums, while some guests shared exquisite pastries and fruit platters on social media even though they had only booked regular rooms. Given that some Accor hotels offer more generous welcome amenities to suite guests, I was disappointed and felt unwelcome by the comparison. The lounge was a highlight with decent food, the best views, and excellent service, but the drink selection could be improved. Both breakfast restaurants were outstanding, each unique—well worth staying two nights to try both. In summary, the hotel excels in location, facilities, lounge, and breakfast. However, lobby service and member amenities need improvement. It’s still recommended, but a regular room with a view offers better value than a suite.
