I appreciate the effort made to allow me check in early and surprise me with a delicious chocolate cake. The bed firmness is just fine for both me and my wife. The only area for improvement could be if the toilet could be Muslim friendly which the Hotel could consider install built-in bidet on the toilet seat, just like the toilet in Changi Airport. Not recommended to install the bidet hose as it would make the toilet flooring wet.

Fabulous hotel with great view of Marina Bay Sands. Very well appointed and super comfortable and very friendly staff. Only shortcomings were lack of gluten free food in the Lounge but after reflecting to the hotel, they were able to accommodate with special orders.

Location's so convenient as the hotel was connected to a shopping mall and MRT station. View was breathtaking. Breakfast was good. Lounge was excellent both of in food and service. People were nice and kind too.

Great brekkie, good shower, filtered water on tap in the bathroom, comfortable bed. The work table & sofa aren't exactly the right height to work though, and the lighting isn't good for video calls.
